Well this is the start of something. What that something will evolve to is anyone’s guess. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Will this just be another silly project that I forget about? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Will it become something bigger and better than anyone expected?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Will this just be a good outlet for me to express myself and document this next chapter of my life that nobody will even read?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guess we will all find out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Well 2024 was a bit of a shakeup to my world, My life was falling apart and I was in the process of losing marriage, my house and a lot of trust. From April of 2024 to April of 2025 I lived in the same house with all of the family I was in the process of losing all while trying to navigate this interesting new world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2024 was filled with every emotion under the sun. I was now in need of getting a house ready to go on the market, working full time, battling new mental struggles, dealing with shame and regret. I was being forced to change my life in ways I was not expecting and I was not mentally prepared for any of it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was very grateful for a few really good friends in 2024. I had people show up exactly when I needed them, even if I didn’t know I needed them. New friends and old friends alike, I really started to see where I was important and where I was not. Good friends and Music would round out the year and I couldn’t have thought of better ways to cope with the crap that was my life at the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I got out to see about 8 concerts\/shows in 2024 and the music, energy and people really fed me what I needed. As 2025 rolled around, I was still living in a house with a for sale sign on the front lawn, still had my ex living 2 lives, my kids caught in the middle, my dad taking no accountability and an economy that has tanked. The house took forever to sell it seemed but April 1st I moved into my new rental in Thorold, the house finally sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2025 was the most unique year in my entire life. I did everything I could to make 2025 my bitch! I did better than I expected but I had plenty of failures to learn from. I am still not convinced that I can do this but only time will tell. What I did get from 2025 was more gratifying than I was expecting…. HOPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So Why a blog? Apparently writing and journaling is important and helpful. I am gonna try it this way and see how it goes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But Ryan, we want to hear more about 2025!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
